Noah Kahan

Der für den GRAMMY® als bester neuer Künstler nominierte Noah Kahan veröffentlichte im Februar die lang erwartete letzte Veröffentlichung der “Stick Season”-Serie an – “Stick Season (Forever)“. Zeitgleich enthüllte er mit “Forever“ einen neuen Song und seine nächsten Kollaborationen, “You’re Gonna Go Far” mit Brandi Carlile und “Paul Revere” mit Gregory Alan Isakov. Diese drei neuen rundeten eine Sammlung von 21 bereits veröffentlichten Songs und sechs bereits veröffentlichten Kollaborationen mit Post Malone, Kacey Musgraves, Hozier, Sam Fender, Gracie Abrams und Lizzy McAlpine ab, insgesamt 30 Tracks.

Zu “You’re Gonna Go Far,” sagt Noah: “The honor of all honors to have the iconic Brandi Carlile on ‘You’re Gonna Go Far.’ It felt like I was floating when I listened to her version. Her music is timeless and inspiring, and there are very few songwriters in the world I adore as much as I love Brandi’s ability to tell a story. Her voice is one of the best ever, and I’m so grateful she contributed it to this song.”

Zu “Paul Revere,” erzählt er: “Justice is served. Thrilled to announce a very special version of Paul Revere with one of my personal heroes, Gregory Alan Isakov. Gregory and his haunting voice and vivid songwriting was the inspiration to this song, and I am honored he was willing to join me for this. He is somebody who has soundtracked my entire life, so it truly feels like a full circle moment. Thank you Gregory for your gift, and thank you for bringing it to this song.”

Neben einer GRAMMY®-Nominiertung konnte sich Noah Kahan dieses Jahr auch schon über eine Doppelplatin-Auszeichnung für sein Album “Stick Season” freuen.

Freuen können sich auch deutsche Noah-Kahan-Fans in Deutschland, denn Ende August wird er wieder live zu sehen sein im Hamburger Stadtpark und in der Zitadelle in Berlin.
